- Admin CRUD at /admin/agent-templates
- User CRUD at /api/agents
- Chat proxy routes by agent name
- Discord channel routing via DISCORD_AGENT_CHANNELS
- WebUI AgentSelector component
- 3547 tests passing, CI green
