Follows Jason's Q211 ruling and Mos's reading. Adds to v1 and removes nothing.
- Status and a Version 1.11 source bullet quoting Q211.
- Users: two v1 users on their own instances (Q176). Where it runs: two PVE VMs, dragon-lin dev only (Q180, Q181).
- Out of scope: minting credentials (Q188, Q190), SSO (Q175) and access beyond localhost (Q176, Q179, Q180) move into v1. The bundled Pocket ID stays out (REQ-INST-2, Q203). Codex and SetSpark stay out. Case 2's own organization is v1.
- REQ-CRED-1: Gitea per seat through a grant (Q190).
- REQ-FED-1: person-to-person v1, agent-to-agent post-v1 (Q179, Q180).
- New REQ-INST-3: one-command install and upgrade, Console unit enabled in both v1 profiles (Q187, Q189).
- Acceptance: the 10-27 goal (Q176). The 1.10 note at :1217 now points to Q211. A Version 1.11 technical note keeps the old list text.
requirements.json goes to 1.11 with 71 ids. Both requirements tests are updated to match.
Adds REQ-INST-2 after REQ-INST-1 as drafted in sage-2144 and ruled in mos-1204: Jason's Q203 sentence verbatim, marked post-v1 the way REQ-FED-1 is, with Mos's reading (mos-1202) labelled as his. A Version 1.10 technical note records, as fact, that REQ-WEB-2 uses the Console's own OIDC sign-in while the out-of-scope list still names 'Pocket ID and SSO', which Jason hasn't ruled on (vikunja:19/459). The list and the Pocket ID technical note are unchanged. requirements.json goes to 1.10 with 70 ids, and both requirements tests are updated to match. Design row 255 (#1760, Vikunja 458).
Jason approved the buttons in decision 00ed58e2 (vikunja:19/266) and chose
O6 in Q203 (OIDC-only), relayed by Mos in mos-1202 with "Land PRD 1.9 with
REQ-WEB-2 as written". The wording is sage-2067's draft. requirements.json
goes to 1.9 with 69 ids; tasks suite 97/0 and bus requirements.test.mjs 3/0
on Sage's slot.
1.7 is PRD-1.7-DRAFT.md (sha256 e896746d), approved by decision d52febb5 (prd.approve, yes). 1.8 is r7
82df17347 (sha256 de079281), approved by Jason in T3, relayed by Mos (mos-1154, DECISIONS Q192), so it has no
in-Stack prd.approve. packages/tasks/requirements.json moves to version 1.8 with 68 ids: COS-3, CRED-3, CRED-4,
GRANT-1 to 4, TRUST-1, TRUST-2 and LAND-2 are new. The tasks and bus requirement pins move to 68 and 1.8.

Adds plugin kind `channel` (interfaceVersion 1, dispatch(request, {call}))
with cli and webui modules. Project and thread surfaces and thread
talk/follow in the CLI and the Console chat go through the selected
channel. An empty or absent channel selection is off: the CLI exits 3 and
the Console answers 503, each naming `mosaic plugins` and `mosaic plugins
set` with the business selector. Management plugins and plugins.set stay
on the core transport. The loader gains a synchronous snapshot(kind)
getter; loaded(), modules() and last-good handling are unchanged. No lock
is held across dispatch. serve.mjs, public/ and the bus are untouched.
Owner Rocko. Reviewer Dewey: r1 changes (comment 28980, B1: the recovery
sentence was never asserted), r2 approve (comment 28984) on candidate
manifest ae2fcfda...1fc8, the B1 assert killing mutant D1. Design accepted
by Mos (mos-0768, mos-0773). Fixture rewrite at project.test.mjs:47 acked
by Mos (mos-0789) on Dewey's line-by-line check: lines 48-51 identical,
one added assert. Sage gate on e5b10d275: 25 steps green, 2081 package tests, 156 queue node tests, 422 script selftests, 0 failed.
Live stays as pinned. The re-pin that takes this live puts `mosaic
plugins set` in Jason's window right after activate (mos-0768).

Row 139 round 2, Dewey's candidate a4c5657f (14 paths) on 5661bd233.
Filbert approved round 2 (comment 28786) after round 1 changes. Dewey's
gate: 14 runs rc 0. Mutants m1-m9 killed. Filbert ran 7 files singly:
0 fail, 0 skipped.
The broker's GATED and the business's GATED_ONLY are now the hard waits.
A cited gated decision goes to the domain arbiter unless it is a hard
wait, which always goes to the human. Under Jason's ruling Q169, a
role.revoke of the assistant is a hard wait. Its end gets past
END_PROTECTED only for the chief of staff, or when the cited decision
was resolved by the human through the CLI. PRD version 1.6 records Q169.
Mos approved the 1.6 text, including the REQ-ROLE-2 sentence on the
chief's end and revoke. scripts/test-land-work.sh adds the not-human
cases for arbiter-resolved merges. land-work's read.mjs is unchanged.
Row 137 lands second, so it carries the gated-merge refusal and the host
land op's arbiter acceptance. Making an end or revoke stop an assistant
run, and configuring the assistant, are row 155 (#1649).
Sage's landing gate ran on 26b78d483 plus the candidate: 25 steps, all rc 0 (15 packages, 10 script suites), 19:23:57Z to 19:28:28Z, network sage-r139_default removed.

Version 1.5 records Jason's Q167 ruling and added text as its source
block. It replaces REQ-DEC-2 routing: a gated decision citing the
project's current spec commit goes to the domain arbiter, and only an
uncited decision or a hard wait goes to the human. It adds the hard
waits (REQ-WAIT-1 to 3, with data.delete, network.expose and
account.create), projects and the spec file (REQ-PROJ-1 to 4), agent
landing (REQ-LAND-1), approvals that outlive the run (REQ-DEC-5),
settled decisions under a new spec (REQ-DEC-6), the four workflow roles
and proactive contracts (REQ-ROLE-5, 6), staff requests (REQ-COS-2),
assistant summaries (REQ-ASSIST-3) and name addressing (REQ-MSG-2).
docs/acceptance/314.md is the run Jason does in the Stack once the
rows are live.

Jason-approved merge, landed unchanged: git diff 07c12b51b..b3dd8de83
from work/vikunja-19-297. Business reviewer verdict 0d4c1c68 approve on that
commit; Jason resolved merge decision 29ff6589 via the CLI. No commit on
refactor since 07c12b51b touches these paths.

PRD version 1.3 records Jason's rulings Q153 to Q155, relayed by Mos
(lead decision 143), and Mos reviewed the text before it landed. Adds
REQ-LIMIT-4 (usage sources and limit checks as the first plug-in kinds;
an unknown turn is never zero, no source switched on means every turn is
unknown, an unenforced limit shows as not enforced) and a Plug-ins
section with REQ-PLUG-1 (kind registry and loader in packages/plugins,
in-repo modules only until Jason rules, Vikunja #286) and REQ-PLUG-2
(new call-outs go through a kind; hard-coded parts convert as rows touch
them). REQ-LIMIT-2 and REQ-LIMIT-3 count through usage sources.
Technical considerations list where each kind is hard-coded today.
requirements.json moves to 1.3 with 41 ids; the tasks and bus id-count
tests follow. The PRD 1.2 build plan gains step 6b, the plug-in layer
(#1626), and rows 124 to 127 ship their counting and checks as modules.
Jason approved the conversion order for hard-coded parts in Q156. Lead
decision 143 and the build plan record it, and the managed-session
config brief notes that row 65 now runs before 64 and 66.

PRD version 1.2, approved by Jason through Mos on 2026-10-14 (lead
decisions 141 and 142). Adds REQ-COS-1, REQ-ASSIST-1/2, REQ-LIMIT-1/2/3,
REQ-USER-2 and REQ-THREAD-2, rewrites the role, launch, message, CLI and
WebUI requirements, and quotes Q147 to Q151 in the source line.
REQ-LIMIT-2 marks the token unit for the daily quota as a draft position.
requirements.json moves to 1.2 with 38 ids; the tasks and bus id-count
tests follow. Full gate green at bea5dfa47 plus these four files.

Squash of the PM's work/vikunja-19-265 branch, net diff 0c3826910..8ae5a1491
(patch sha256 47b34e6054a74eedd8a5b6577e40537a07b2fb8fe5846f309e100146238ef743).
The PRD moves to version 1.1. "Business" becomes "organization" in
REQ-ROLE-3, REQ-ROLE-4 and REQ-LAUNCH-1. REQ-DEC-3 and REQ-DEC-4 name an
authorized human instead of Jason. Non-goal D adds that v1 has no hosted
SaaS, and "Where it runs" says Mosaic Stack stays self-hosted open source.
A new Organizations section adds REQ-ORG-1, REQ-ORG-2, REQ-USER-1,
REQ-THREAD-1, REQ-TPL-1 and REQ-FED-1. packages/tasks/requirements.json
matches at version 1.1 with 30 ids, and the tasks and bus requirements
tests expect 30.
The branch's 010d30cbe (parseRequirementId, task 19/229) is reverted on
the branch and is not part of this squash.
Jason approved the PRD in decision 03130d08 and the merge in decision
f71c73c9 (resolved yes via the CLI, 2026-10-14T16:35:32Z). The stack
reviewer's verdict d3f97f9d approves 8ae5a1491. Sage's gate on 1c9a4910d
plus the patch passed: every package suite and every scripts/test-*.sh.

Central, Gate E with the slice 1 WebUI step. Approval as 1.0 is still
open.
