Row 264 (T1 item 7, #1769) is built in five candidates, 264a to 264e, each with its own manifest, Duckworth round and landing (agents/sage/work/queue-264/RULINGS.md Q1, sage-2235). Design: agents/gizmoduck/work/queue-264/BUILD.md on gizmoduck/row264. Brief: docs/plans/2026-10-21_t1-sessions.md. Owner Gizmoduck, reviewer Duckworth. MVP for 10-27.

  • C1. config_checks at 25c09f19f:scripts/stack-release.sh:1079-1097 (key test :1086) runs the target loader only for
    a console or federation key. A config with only a compaction key still reaches a pre-270
    target unchecked. Row 292 (#1797) closes that. Its rebase onto this base meets 203's federation
    edit inside config_checks, so its next round reconciles with :1086 and :1096 here, and keeps 203's
    federation refusal text or replaces it on purpose.
  • C2. The combined gate (sage-3073 item 4) runs on Sage's CLEAR: RED/GREEN, the touched test files
    whole, the cli suite, every scripts/test-*.sh, and the mutants with byte restores. A first-run red
    follows mos-1272. Nothing has run on this base yet.

Landed on refactor at 7328da8ca (02:13Z 2026-10-23), with rows 270 and 271 in one push per mos-1351. Sage cherry-picked the 33 commits of gizmoduck/row270-271-r4 49cee846e (base 25c09f19f) onto 767bb62c7. range-diff shows every commit as "=", and the 40 changed paths are identical to 49cee846e. Row 270: manifest f4174458 (15 paths) matches the landed tip. Duckworth APPROVE c30930, rev 3389. Combined C2 run 5 GREEN on 53406f3e4: bus 873, seat 202, cli 905, all ten scripts/test-*.sh, 270 M1-M24 killed. Queue: done rev 3396.
