Row 93 follow-up: SIGTERM then SIGKILL for host git, rollback-failed,
a total body deadline, fetch-aborted for a reviewer gone mid-fetch,
working refs first in have, and tests for five untested refusals.
Dewey approved in 28226 and Sage in 28225; Sage's full gate passed
16:57:32-17:01:32Z. The host side is live at the next bus restart.

Row 61 follow-up. Filbert approved round 1 in comment 28214; Sage's
full gate passed 16:18:32-16:22:34Z. The public/bus.js change is the
one aria-label line Mos released under decision 123.

Five paths: tasks fields.mjs and fields.test.mjs, webui README, public/bus.js
(aria-label only) and bus-browser.test.mjs. Phase B: 14 node suites and 9
scripts green, 8 of 8 mutants killed. The literal U+202E is now an escape.

A holder that releases a role without reading what it was delivered leaves
those messages where no later holder receives or reads them. The agents
view now lists them for human and reader sessions under `stranded`, as
{id, from, run, at}, oldest first, at most 50. The bus doesn't redeliver,
route or mark them read; a person who still needs one sends it again.
Round 2 is a mechanical rebase of round 1 onto row 93. Reviewed by Filbert
(28206, approve); Sage gate record 28207. Gate on 7496251c: 14 node suites
and 9 scripts green.

Base da6f1166, r1 patch applied clean with --index, +/- and context lines identical.
Bus suite 127/127, mutants 15 of 15 killed.

Commits move as v2 bundles over bus-host/git.sock (decision 135). The bus
host keeps one bare working repository per business and project, seeds main
from the project root under a per-repository lock, fetches a pushed bundle
with fsck into a temp ref, requires history shared with main, and moves the
task's work ref only as a fast-forward. Host and runner git run with no
system or global config, hooks at /dev/null and local transports only. The
socket binds only for roles holding git.push.working or review.verdict.
The broker records a push as the action.allowed for git.push.working with
its commit, takes review.request for the latest push and one review.verdict
per request, and refuses task.close on a pushed task without an approve
verdict for the latest push. recordEvent reserves both shapes, so agents
can't forge either.

Lands the Haiku subagent build from agents/researcher/work/queue-84/r1/
(candidate manifest f72730de, base ac6b56ee). roles/chief-of-staff.json
and .md follow decision 104's list; packages/business/tests/
chief-of-staff.test.mjs covers the contract, and the business README
names the role.
Approved by Filbert (comment 28176) and Darkwing (comment 28183). Sage's
gate on 11bf4cb0 plus the patch: 14 node suites and all nine
scripts/test-*.sh green, 15:33:26-15:37:31Z.

Filbert's R1 (comment 28188): the brief requires the packet to name what
the Console would need to show the stranded list. Added as a Console
follow-up section by the subagent, read-only, with unchecked items named.
Also N1 (M12 note) and N2 (round 1 title). Candidate unchanged, manifest
52c41526. Sage corrected one count: M12 failed 6 of 11 tests, not 13 (the
13 was the count of x-marker lines).

Stranded delivery list on the bus agents view. Built by Sage's Haiku
subagent (decision 129), rebased onto 57a2ddc5. Phase B, three runs:
the first failed the new test (node:sqlite null-prototype rows, fixed
by mapping to plain objects), the second stopped at cli on a missing
node_modules link, the third passed: 14 node suites, nine scripts,
15/15 mutants killed.

Row 71. Test 18 gains three steps after the 404/503 step: the child's task
list answers 404 and its confirm read answers 429, 401 or status 0 (the
fake throws fetch failed). Each tick refuses with tracker-not-found and
the child stays. The fake answers a missing kanban view with code 3014,
the live v2.7.0 answer in the tick-62 record.
